My therapeutic practice is informed by many different modalities in order to best serve the individual I am working with. First and foremost, I strive to practice from a client-focused and trauma-informed perspective.

I specialize in supporting folks experiencing depression, anxiety, suicidality, PTSD, and low self-esteem. I also have extensive experience working with survivors of intimate partner or sexual violence; and supporting individuals in the LGBTQIA+ community.
