I provide a compassionate, client-centered, and trauma-focused environment where collaboration helps clients develop personalized coping tools and communication strategies.



I am especially passionate about supporting clients with OCD and ADHD. With specific training in evidence-based OCD treatments and an ADHD-informed perspective, I help clients navigate these unique challenges while empowering them to build resilience, embrace their strengths, and thrive authentically.
