Every Age Every Stage Clinician

Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to do it alone. My goal is to provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable being yourself. I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and I strive to create an environment where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes.

My experience includes working with children, adolescents, young adults, and families in community and school-based settings, including Early Intervention and Therapeutic Day Treatment. Through these experiences, I have supported individuals and families navigating developmental, behavioral, emotional, and life challenges. While much of my background has been working with children and families, I welcome clients of all ages and enjoy supporting individuals wherever they are in their mental health journey.

I work with clients experiencing anxiety, stress, life transitions, emotional regulation difficulties, behavioral concerns, self-esteem challenges, relationship concerns, and parenting stress. My approach is person-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed, incorporating evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy. Together, we will identify your strengths, develop practical coping strategies, and work toward the goals that matter most to you.

Whether you're navigating a challenging season, adjusting to change, or simply looking for a space to process your thoughts and emotions, I am here to support you. I look forward to walking alongside you as you build confidence, resilience, and a greater sense of balance and well-being
