I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over ten years of clinical experience serving individuals and families. I have enjoyed providing support to individuals across the life continuum and particularly appreciate working with the adult population.

 I have experience in child and family settings, inpatient and outpatient mental health, and integrated health care. My areas of focus include depression, self-esteem, grief and loss, anxiety, life transition, perinatal and postpartum concerns, trauma, burnout and stress management.

I will approach our visits together from a strengths-based perspective and foster a space where you are seen, valued and respected. Together we will identify what is and is not working for you and develop tools that improve your well-being.

I provide a space that prioritizes

safety, compassion, openness and honesty,

and believe these are a primary foundation for good therapy.
