Every Age Every Stage Clinician
Any new stage of life can bring feelings of unease and stress. Do you feel anxiety over all the decisions you have to make and the changes that come with them? That is a completely normal reaction, and I am here to walk alongside you through it.
My counseling work has primarily focused on college students and postgraduates navigating anxiety, depression, grief, divorce, and relationship concerns. However, I also have experience working with clients ages 9 to 60.
My approach is integrative, combining Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) with other modalities to fit your unique path. I aim to balance self-awareness, a genuine therapeutic relationship, and collaborative goal-setting to help minimize anxiety and depressive symptoms. Our sessions will focus on embracing life's uncertainties to better manage the existential stress that accompanies them.
I offer a warm, supportive environment to help you make sense of everything
going on around you, empower your identities, and expand healthy
self-awareness as a tool for happiness and success.
